Palm Beach International Raceway Track Notes
1) Eyes Up!
One of the most challenging aspects of PBIR is how long each corner is and the lack of reference points. We need to be hyperfocused on our exit reference points. Working on opening our hands as early as possible so we can maximize when we get back to full throttle.
2) Slow hands and entry speed
Its very easy to fall into the trap of late and aggressive turn ins for these long duration corners. But, that aggressive turn in limits our entry speed. Focus on turning in slightly earlier but slower, letting the car run wide mid corner from lots of entry speed, and delaying throttle until the car rotates for the second apex.

Overview
Palm Beach International Raceway in West Palm Beach is a surprisingly challenging track. It is full of long duration corners that really challenge a drivers vision and their ability to trail brake lightly into the corner to bring in enough entry speed. Learn how to find the fast line through each corner with Blayze pro-coach, Dion von Moltke.

About the coach
I've spent 20 years of my life in this sport that we all love so much. During that time I was fortunate enough to have a 10 year professional career where I won the Rolex at Daytona 24 hour, the Sebring 12 Hour (twice), and became an official driver for Audi. After retiring from professional racing I became a co-founder at Blayze. My goal with building this platform is to make it more affordable, accessible, and convenient to learn personally from the best coaches in the world!
