Pushup Hold with Ball Drop - Catch Lateral

Instructions
Starting from a plank position with a ball in one hand keep your core engaged and extend your hand out to your side (make sure your hips stay straight). Then drop the ball and try to catch it before it bounces off the floor. Do all reps on one side and then the other side for each set.
