Double Ball Wall Bounce

Instructions

Grab two tennis balls (or similar type of ball) and hold one in each hand. Start about 3ft. away from a wall with your hands by your head toss the balls towards the wall and catch them off the rebound. If the drill feels too easy you can slowly move farther and farther away from the wall to challenge yourself more. Keep your head straight and use your eyes to track the balls.
