Juggling - 2 Touch with Bounce - Alternating

Instructions

Set up a square of cones about 8 yds apart from each other. Toss the ball and let it bounce. After each bounce, take 2 touches using your either your right foot or left foot to play the ball back into the air above waist/hip level. Repeat using the opposite foot each time.
