With no ball, jog to each cone in a "Z" formation. Set at each cone.Proper setting position: 1) feet shoulder width apart 2) toes facing forward 3) knees slightly bent 4) chest slightly forward 5) shoulder 90 degree angle 6) hands off your body

Hello! My name is Cassie Miller and I play professionally for the Kansas City Current in the NWSL. Playing professionally for the past 6 years has taken me to teams in the Netherlands, Cyprus, Chicago, and Kansas City. I also played college soccer at Florida State University and was fortunate to win a National Championship. I have always coached throughout my career and love to mentor kids and help them reach their soccer goals! My areas of expertise are goalkeeping and I am excited to work with you!
