Front Plank Hold with Ball Drop - Catch Forward

Instructions

From a plank position extend one arm out in-front of you while keep your core engaged and your hips straight. Drop the ball and catch it as fast as you can. If you struggle with balance you can spread your legs farther out. Switch hands after each set.
