Juggling - 1 Touch with Bounce - Alternating Feet

Instructions

Set up a square of cones about 8 yds apart from each other. Toss the ball and let it bounce. After each bounce, use 1 touch using your right or left foot to play the ball above your waist/hip level in the air. Try using the opposite foot after each bounce.
