Sitting wall dives

Instructions

Get about two feet from a wall on your butt with a ball in your hands. Bounce the ball off the wall at an angle that you can dive on the side of your body and catching. Keep a good pace up as shown.

Hello! My name is Cassie Miller and I play professionally for the Kansas City Current in the NWSL. Playing professionally for the past 6 years has taken me to teams in the Netherlands, Cyprus, Chicago, and Kansas City. I also played college soccer at Florida State University and was fortunate to win a National Championship. I have always coached throughout my career and love to mentor kids and help them reach their soccer goals! My areas of expertise are goalkeeping and I am excited to work with you!
