Eye Tracking Wall Ball (Still Head)

Instructions

Grab one tennis ball and start by standing about 3ft away from a wall. Stand in an athletic stance and toss the ball from one hand to the other by bouncing it off the wall in-front of you. This drill is meant to stress your ability to track fast moving objects, so keep your head straight and use only your eyes to track the ball.
