Fast Ball Bounce

Instructions

Grab two tennis balls (or similar) and hold one in each hand. Bend over into an athletic stance so your head is looking down at the ground. One hand at a time bounce and catch the ball. Your goal here is to bounce the balls as fast as you can without dropping them. As soon as one hand catches a ball the other hand should start throwing the next ball. Your goal is always be in motion here.
