Directional Touch with Return - Alternating Feet

Instructions
Use alternating feet. First touch is a pass off the wall. Second touch is a directional touch to the opposite side of the cone. Third touch is a pull back to the side you passed from. Pass off the wall again and move to the opposite side to repeat the action.
