On side quick up + bounce

Instructions

Lay on the ground on the side of your body as if you just made a proper goal keeper save. With one hand bounce the ball hard on the ground vertically upward. Once you have bounced the ball, as quickly as possible get up onto your feet, catching the ball in the air before it hits the ground. Repeat by alternating laying on both your right and left side.

Hello! My name is Cassie Miller and I play professionally for the Kansas City Current in the NWSL. Playing professionally for the past 6 years has taken me to teams in the Netherlands, Cyprus, Chicago, and Kansas City. I also played college soccer at Florida State University and was fortunate to win a National Championship. I have always coached throughout my career and love to mentor kids and help them reach their soccer goals! My areas of expertise are goalkeeping and I am excited to work with you!
