Instructions

Sitting on the ground, lift your legs up and off the ground. Alternating your legs like riding a bicycle, figure eight the ball between your legs.Hold and keep working for the allotted time. Alternate the direction you are going half way through the allotted time.

Hello! My name is Cassie Miller and I play professionally for the Kansas City Current in the NWSL. Playing professionally for the past 6 years has taken me to teams in the Netherlands, Cyprus, Chicago, and Kansas City. I also played college soccer at Florida State University and was fortunate to win a National Championship. I have always coached throughout my career and love to mentor kids and help them reach their soccer goals! My areas of expertise are goalkeeping and I am excited to work with you!
