Free Hang off Bench Neck Flexion to Neutral Hold

Instructions
Start by laying on a bench with head hanging off the top of the bench. Ben your knees and keep them bent so that your shins are parallel with the bench. Then engage your neck so that your head is parallel with the bench - this is your starting position. Now flex your neck to move your head higher and hold for 1 second and then slowly lower your head until it's parallel with the bench again and repeat.
