Hollow Body Ab Hold with Neck Flexion

Instructions

Lift head, neck, and shoulders off floor and with your low back pressed into floor, extend legs straight out, just a few inches off the floor. From here hold the hollow hold and extend your head up, hold for a second, and then lower down (but don't let your head touch the floor).
