Lateral Wall Neck Isometric Pulse

Instructions

Put a pad between your head and a wall and then engage your neck to push your head into the pad. Slowly work your legs a couple feet away from the wall so that your body is at an angle. Then engage your neck to push your hips off the wall and hold for 1 second and then lower your hips back down.
