Plyo Pushup from Isometric Low Start

Instructions
Starting in a push up position lower down into the bottom of your push up position so that your chest is 1 to 2 inches off the ground. Hold this lower position for 1 second and then explode up so that your hands come off the floor, as your hands land back on the floor control to the landing and lower back to the bottom of your push up position and repeat.
