Pushup Hold with Ball Drop-Catch Forward

Instructions
Get into the top of your push up position holding a ball in one hand. Engage your core and spread your legs wide enough so as you extend one arm out in-front of you your hips remain straight. When ready extend the arm out that is holding the ball and begin dropping and catching the ball while keeping your body straight.

I've spent 20 years of my life in this sport that we all love so much. During that time I was fortunate enough to have a 10 year professional career where I won the Rolex at Daytona 24 hour, the Sebring 12 Hour (twice), and became an official driver for Audi.
