Ab Hold Single Leg Out with Rotation Reach and Neck Flexion

Instructions

Start by laying on the ground with your neck and feet off the floor. Bend your knees so that your shins are parallel with the ground and engage your core while keeping your lower back pushed into the ground. Slowly extend one leg and then reach to the opposite side of the foot that is not extended and hold for 1 second. Slowly get back to your starting position and switch legs.
