Pushup Arm Lateral Pushup Hold with Ball Drop

Instructions

Start off in a high-plan position while holding a ball in one hand. Move your feet wider than normal so that as you take off hand off the ground you keep keep your hips straight and parallel with the ground. Extend the arm holding a ball out to your side and begin dropping and catching the ball repeatedly. Keep your core engaged and body straight throughout the exercise and switch sides after each set.
