Free Hang Neck Neutral Hold with Dragon Flag

Instructions

Starting from the same position as the free hang reverse crunch exercise you will slowly start moving your hips off the bench. But, as you start raising your hips you will also extend your legs up to straight them out. Try and raise your hips high enough so that your back, up to just below your shoulders comes off the bench and then slowly and controlled lower back down. Re-bend your knees and repeat.
