Free Hang off Bench Neck Neutral Hold

Instructions
Start by laying down on a bench with your neck and head extended off the top of it. Bring your knees up and bend them to your toes are parallel with the bench and dig your lower back into the bench. From there bring your head parallel to the bench so your neck works to keep it up and hold.

To make it more difficult you can lengthen time or add light weight to your forehead
