Hollow Body Ab Hold with Neck Flexion

Instructions
Lift head, neck, and shoulders off floor and pull knees into chest. Press low back into floor. Extend legs straight out, just a few inches off the floor (or as low as you can), and extend arms straight next to you. Keep low back against floor. If you want to make it more difficult your can extend your arms up above your head as you hold the position.
