Side Plank Hold with Ball Drop Catch Forward

Instructions
Lay down on your side and then get up on your elbow and engage your core so your body is in a straight line. Extend your other hand out in-front of your while holding a ball. While keep your core engaged drop and catch the ball as quickly as you can. Switch sides after each set.
