2 Cone Pull Behinds - Left Foot

Instructions

Place two cones about 1-2yds away from eachother. Start on the left side on the cones. Using your left foot, push the ball forward then use the Pull Behind Technique to roll the ball in between the cones and dribble to the cone in front of you. Immediately turn around and repeat going the opposite direction, still only using your left foot
