2 Cone Push/Pull - Left Foot

Instructions

Start with the ball in between two cones. Using only your left foot, push the ball in front of the cones with your laces then immediately pull the ball back behind the cones with the sole (bottom) of the foot

Eyes up, don't look at the ball

Reduce time between touches
