2 Cone Sole Roll - Right Foot

Instructions
Place two cones about 1-2yds away from eachother. Start on the right side on the cones. Using your right foot, push the ball forward then use the sole of your right foot to roll the ball in between the cones and dribble to the cone in front of you. Immediately turn around and repeat going the opposite direction, still only using your right foot

Use the inside or bottom of your foot to drag the ball
