Dive + jump

Instructions

Place one soccer ball body lengths away from you both on the right and left side of you. Get in your set position between the two placed soccer balls. Dive to one ball. Leaving the ball on the ground get up as quickly as possible from the ground and jump vertically up. Repeat alternating which side you are diving too.

Hello! My name is Cassie Miller and I play professionally for the Kansas City Current in the NWSL. Playing professionally for the past 6 years has taken me to teams in the Netherlands, Cyprus, Chicago, and Kansas City. I also played college soccer at Florida State University and was fortunate to win a National Championship. I have always coached throughout my career and love to mentor kids and help them reach their soccer goals! My areas of expertise are goalkeeping and I am excited to work with you!
