Instructions
Place a cone in front, behind, left, and right of you from a foot each way as shown. Place two balls a body’s length away diagonally from the top cone. Jump over and back the left cone. Over and back the back cone. Over and back the right cone. Over the front cone and dive to one of the balls. Repeat alternating between starting to jump over the right and left cone first as well as alternating which ball you are diving too.

About the coach
Hello! My name is Cassie Miller and I play professionally for the Kansas City Current in the NWSL. Playing professionally for the past 6 years has taken me to teams in the Netherlands, Cyprus, Chicago, and Kansas City. I also played college soccer at Florida State University and was fortunate to win a National Championship. I have always coached throughout my career and love to mentor kids and help them reach their soccer goals! My areas of expertise are goalkeeping and I am excited to work with you!
