Dive - off wall reactions

Instructions
From a reactive distance (closer to the wall than comfort) away from the wall, pass the ball with the inside of your foot, at an angle both on the ground and in the air where it will bounce back for about a body lengths distance dive as shown. Repeat alternating which side you are diving too.
Focus areas
Primary
Find ball quickly off the wall. Control body enough the react to get a touch on the ball.
Secondary
If any rebounds are left, get in a good habit of quickly getting on your rebound. Set is done when the ball is in your hands.

Hello! My name is Cassie Miller and I play professionally for the Kansas City Current in the NWSL. Playing professionally for the past 6 years has taken me to teams in the Netherlands, Cyprus, Chicago, and Kansas City. I also played college soccer at Florida State University and was fortunate to win a National Championship. I have always coached throughout my career and love to mentor kids and help them reach their soccer goals! My areas of expertise are goalkeeping and I am excited to work with you!
