Knee wall dives

Instructions
Get about two feet from a wall on your knees with a ball in your hands. Two hand chest pass the ball off the wall at an angle that you can dive. Dive and secure the ball. Quickly recover up back to your knees. Continue to repeat alternating sides.

About the coach
Hello! My name is Cassie Miller and I play professionally for the Kansas City Current in the NWSL. Playing professionally for the past 6 years has taken me to teams in the Netherlands, Cyprus, Chicago, and Kansas City. I also played college soccer at Florida State University and was fortunate to win a National Championship. I have always coached throughout my career and love to mentor kids and help them reach their soccer goals! My areas of expertise are goalkeeping and I am excited to work with you!
