Shuffle negative to air dive

Instructions

Have one cone on the ground, one ball in your hands. Start three steps away from the cone. Toss the ball up in the air. Use a cross over step back to the cone. Go around the cone completely and shuffle back out to the bouncing ball and dive in the air as quick as possible. Recover back up from the ground immediately after your dive. That is one set complete.Repeat.

Hello! My name is Cassie Miller and I play professionally for the Kansas City Current in the NWSL. Playing professionally for the past 6 years has taken me to teams in the Netherlands, Cyprus, Chicago, and Kansas City. I also played college soccer at Florida State University and was fortunate to win a National Championship. I have always coached throughout my career and love to mentor kids and help them reach their soccer goals! My areas of expertise are goalkeeping and I am excited to work with you!
