Shuffle Out - Back To Dive

Instructions
Have one cone on the ground, one ball in your hands. Shuffle three shuffle out and place the ball down on the ground. Use a cross over step back to the cone. Go around the cone completely and shuffle back out to the stationary ball and dive onto the ball. On your recovery up bring the ball back with you to the cone. That is one set complete.Repeat.

About the coach
Hello! My name is Cassie Miller and I play professionally for the Kansas City Current in the NWSL. Playing professionally for the past 6 years has taken me to teams in the Netherlands, Cyprus, Chicago, and Kansas City. I also played college soccer at Florida State University and was fortunate to win a National Championship. I have always coached throughout my career and love to mentor kids and help them reach their soccer goals! My areas of expertise are goalkeeping and I am excited to work with you!
