Speed Jumping - Dive

Instructions
Find a line, or imaginary line. Place ball body length away from line. On right foot jump back and forth over line. After about five seconds, use only right foot to dive towards ball. Switch half way through the set to the left food jumping back and forth while using the left foot only to dive towards ball.(Diving left, jump with left foot. Diving right, jump with right foot.)

Hello! My name is Cassie Miller and I play professionally for the Kansas City Current in the NWSL. Playing professionally for the past 6 years has taken me to teams in the Netherlands, Cyprus, Chicago, and Kansas City. I also played college soccer at Florida State University and was fortunate to win a National Championship. I have always coached throughout my career and love to mentor kids and help them reach their soccer goals! My areas of expertise are goalkeeping and I am excited to work with you!
