Zig-Zag diving

Instructions
Set up four soccer balls in a zig-zag formation as shown, 5 feet apart. Start a bodys length away from the first ball. Dive to each ball, leaving the ball where it was. Get through the four balls as quick and controlled as you can. Walk back to the start.Repeat.

About the coach
Hello! My name is Cassie Miller and I play professionally for the Kansas City Current in the NWSL. Playing professionally for the past 6 years has taken me to teams in the Netherlands, Cyprus, Chicago, and Kansas City. I also played college soccer at Florida State University and was fortunate to win a National Championship. I have always coached throughout my career and love to mentor kids and help them reach their soccer goals! My areas of expertise are goalkeeping and I am excited to work with you!
