2 Cone Push/Pull Slide - Alternating Feet

Instructions
Place your two cones side by side. Start on either foot with the Push Pull Technique moving the ball in front and then behind the cones. Slide the ball to the opposite side and repeat the Push Pull before sliding the ball back across to repeat.
